We have used this company for many years and I always refer them to my friends and family. Why? Because of the great personal service and the fact that what they do works. They treatbour home each spring for bees and ants and each fall for stink bugs. Our home is always free of the pests. Keith, the owner is a great guy and I appreciate that I am giving my money to a small business as opposed to a giant company that could care less about the services they offer. We had a very bad ant problem and I called several local businesses to get a rough estimate and info on a pet safe product. Most places were outrageous and were very impatient. The owner of Ohio's 1st, Keith, was so kind and knowledgeable. He took as much time explaining the process as I needed to feel confident and, he was reasonably priced. We scheduled & he came right away! He was professional, thorough, and very kind. I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone! We are just a few days out & I've already seen a HUGE improvement in the amount of ants! What a great company!.

This company is our first choice for professional home maintenance in the industry. They have routinely provided their preventative services for our homes over many years, keeping us safe and comfortable. They are courteous, respectful of your property, and locally owned. They are knowledgeable and experienced at what they do, so we never have to worry about spiders, wasps, bees, or ants. What we like best is that they are sensitive to our particular health issues and allergies and know how to effectively treat our home from the outside only, all around the exterior perimeter of the house. We could never do without them. They are the best!

Keith the owner was very friendly and explained in detail what services he would perform that catered especially to our needs. He was very considerate about coming into our home and working in a timely and efficient manner. His charge for treating our entire home inside and out was very reasonable and less costly than competitor's in the area. We were happy with the results. Ohio's First Choice was on time & very professional. The owner, Keith, explained specifically what the problem was & how to eliminate the springtails.
